Our Return Policy
30 Days
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our Shipping Policy
14 Business Days
It takes an average of 3-5 business days for a shipment to reach the customer's home after the order has been handed to the courier for delivery. Shipments occur after payment has been processed and items are fulfilled by our manufacturing team (4-9 business days). The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the time you placed your order, the handling time and transit time. *Note: International orders may take longer to be delivered.
Our Cancellation Policy

We make our products on-demand, so fulfillment begins as soon as your payment has been approved and processed (usually within 2-3 business days). Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Should you not cancel your order within the timeframe specified, we will assume that you are moving forward with your purchase and will proceed with production of your order.

Appointments

Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will deduct 10% of your booking fee and apply it to your next appointment or product purchase.
